How do I use the members area?
Once you sign up, you can enter the members area with your username & password. Once inside, you can pick and choose which videos you want to view, download the BodyIdeal documentation, access the video downloads, and use the different resources throughout the members area.

Email us and we will reset your password for you! We want to make sure you can access your membership all the time, no matter what day of the week it is, or what hour of the day!
How do I use my cookies?
If you have "cookies" enabled in your browser preferences, your computer will remember passwords, history and other features. Cookies will help you enter the members area without having to use a password. To enable cookies, access your browser's "preferences" tab in your menu. Make sure that your cookies are on, or that you "accept" them.
How do I view the videos and documents?
Click on the desired page in the members section, and choose the video or document of choice. Click on the "view" or "download" button and get ready to shape your body.

How do I open the BodyIdeal ebooks?
Simply right-click or control+click on the file of your choice and then "save target as." Once downloaded, open the file with Adobe reader or a pdf reader of your choice. Most computers are equipped with all of this. It is a simple as that! |
